تعريف UPVC

يُعرف مادة UPVC، واسمها الكامل هو «كلوريد البولي فينيل غير الملدن» (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride)، أيضًا باسم «الفولاذ البلاستيكي» أو PVC-U. وهي نسخة مطورة من مادة PVC العادية، حيث تمت إزالة الملدنات منها لتحقيق خصائص هندسية أفضل، وذلك للحفاظ على بنية السلسلة الصلبة وزيادة قوتها.

وهي تلتزم بدقة " ثلاثة لا إضافة " مبدأ: لا بلاستيكات، لا مثبتات المعادن الثقيلة، لا حشوات كربونات الكالسيوم.

صديقة للبيئة ، مقاومة للتآكل ، خالية من الفورمالدهيد ، لديها أداء ممتاز لمقاومة الأشعة فوق البنفسجية ومقاومة الشيخوخة في الهواء الطلق ، يتم تطبيق UPVC على نطاق واسع على إطارات النوافذ / الأبواب والبناء والأنابيب من الدرجة الغذائية وأنابيب الصرف الصحي الصناعية ، إلخ.

باستثناء UPVC ، هناك مواد قالب بلاستيكية مختلفة أخرى بما في ذلك PVC العام ، PP ، ABS في الأسواق.

منذ أكثر من 10 سنوات مضت ، أثبتت UPVC أنها الأكثر تأهيلاً واختيار المواد الخام المثالي لقلاب PVC.

JINGFANG® UPVC plastic formwork adopts “New & Pure UPVC” as the solo main raw material, which accounts for more than 95% (the rest 4~5% is for necessary additives). 

مقارنة بين مادة UPVC ومادة PVC العادية: 

• مزايا مادة UPVC:

1. قوة أعلى.

2. مقاومة أفضل للأشعة فوق البنفسجية ولدرجات الحرارة.

3. صديق للبيئة، خالٍ من الملدنات، خالٍ من مثبتات المعادن الثقيلة، خالٍ من الفورمالديهايد.

5. أداء مضاد للشيخوخة في الأماكن الخارجية أفضل بأكثر من 4 أضعاف مقارنةً بالـ PVC العادي.

• عيوب مادة UPVC:

Higher cost. 

But, attention to distinguish: white PVC resin and white UPVC are two different raw materials. 

PVC resin is the main raw material for WPC/PVC foam boards which are applied in ad., decoration or furniture, but it’s not good for PVC formworks because of its less strengh. 

“New & Pure UPVC" is the optimal raw material for PVC formwork. But to mislead customers and save costs, some unresponsible suppliers deny this widely recognized general knowledge. 

They use PVC resin+overmuch calcium powder+recycled PVC/PP/ABS materials which offer much lower costs but poor performance, such as the new knock offs mentioned in the previous pages.

When a supplier denies this point or misleads you, it implies that he doesn't want to use or have never utilized the qualified UPVC to manufacture PVC formworks. 

Therefore, do not judge raw materials from colors only.
